I say I want a canvas
to paint my heart’s ire at night;
You hear my refrain
and hand me a plum-coloured sky.
I say I’ll walk down that road,
only if you walk along;
You heed my obstinacy,
and give me a nature’s song.
I say when I am down and blue,
I want your arms to hold me through;
You listen to me quietly,
and give me the lush grass to fall on to.

Interesting.
It’s a little hard to imagine someone talking to God like that though.
(Poems that don’t follow a consistent rhyme scheme can be dull. This one’s not. Amen!)

Why is it hard?

Because it’s “talking with god”.

๐ That’s what we are never taught! Talking to God! I guess that helps more than anything else ever does!

It’s subjective. Very. There is a fine line between faith and delusion.

I don’t think so. Faith can bring anything into being even if didn’t exist before.

Exactly. So can delusion. However, it will be called negative or unhealthy then. But if you can look beyond accepting things as either negative or positive, you’ll find them to be the same thing.
