Juggling and struggling
A never-ending climb
Within the universe
When signs begin to mime
I look for patterns
In fractals that fall in line
And take away tiny fragments
Of possible answers I want to find
But the jigsaw makes little sense
And the fragments do not rhyme
and the characters don’t match
with those I have in mind
So I pluck some courage each day
to try and catch up to running time
The shadows fall upon me
And engulf me in their mime
Silent gestures I see each day
Stationary messages in their prime
I know not what they say to me
I know not what they chime
On and on I search relentlessly
For some answers in those signs
Some times I am not ready for them
Some times they are out for tea-time
